Privacy Policy
ALLINE, INC.
PRIVACY POLICY
Last Modified Date: May 4, 2025
Alline, Inc. (“Alline,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides marketing development software as a service (the “Services”) to users (collectively, “you” or “your”) through our website, Allinekey.com (the “Site”) and our mobile application (the “App”).
This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains what types of information — like your name, email address, or anything else that could identify you (“Personal Data”) — we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It also covers what happens when you use our Site, our App, or any third-party services connected to them that link to this Privacy Policy.
Unless we say otherwise, any new features or updates we add to the Services will also be covered by this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom (UK), or California — or if the laws where you live give you special rights about your Personal Data — please review the EEA and UK Privacy Rights or California Privacy Rights sections. Those sections may give you extra information about how we protect your rights, and they modify other parts of this Privacy Policy if needed.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully so you understand how we handle your Personal Data. If you don’t agree with our practices, please do not use the Services or share your information with us. Keep in mind that if you choose not to share certain information, it might limit your ability to use some parts of our Site or Services.
IMPORTANT:
By clicking “accept” to this Privacy Policy or by registering for an account, you:
- confirm you have read and agreed to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service; and
- give your consent for us to collect, use, and share your Personal Data as explained here, wherever the law requires your consent.
REVISIONS AND MODIFICATIONS
Because our business needs may change over time, we reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at our discretion. If at any time in the future we plan to use your Personal Data in a way that differs materially from what is described in this Privacy Policy, we will revise this Privacy Policy and, where required by applicable law, seek your consent before implementing such material changes.
For non-material changes — such as clarifications, updates, or improvements — we will update the Privacy Policy and indicate the new “Last Modified Date” at the top of this page.
If we make material changes to how we handle your Personal Data, we will notify you by email to the address you have provided and/or by posting an updated notice on our Site or App. You are responsible for ensuring that we have a current, active, and deliverable email address for you, and for periodically visiting the Services and reviewing this Privacy Policy to check for any updates.
By continuing to use the Services after any changes become effective, you accept the updated Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the revised Privacy Policy, you must discontinue use of the Services.

- Automatically as you navigate through the Site (e.g., cookies, analytics, location data); and
- From third parties (e.g., social media platforms, advertising partners, and data brokers).
Personal Data Collected Directly from You
Alline may collect Personal Data directly from you when you use the Services. This Personal Data includes:
- Identifiers, such as name, telephone number, postal address, email address, financial and bank information;

- Sensitive Personal Information, including Personal Data such as your social security number, driver’s license or state identification number, financial account information, geolocation data, racial or ethnic origin, and other information as defined by applicable law.

We may also work with other PCI-compliant payment providers in the future.
Special Category Data (EEA and UK Users)
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, certain Personal Data that we collect — such as racial or ethnic origin, biometric data, or other protected information — may be considered “Special Category Data” under applicable data protection laws.
We will only collect and process Special Category Data where you have given your explicit consent, or where another lawful basis for processing applies.
Personal Data Automatically Collected
Alline and third-party service providers may automatically collect information about you when you use the Site or Services. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of the Site, for our internal analytics, and to improve our offerings. The information collected includes:

- Location Data, including real-time geographic location information where you have enabled location-based services. You may withdraw your consent at any time by disabling location services on your device. Note that disabling location services may limit the full functionality of the Services.
AI Training and Prompts
Our AI-powered Service allows you to submit text, documents, images, or other materials (“Prompts”) to generate outputs (“Outputs”).
If you include Personal Data in your Prompts, that information may be collected and could be reproduced in the Outputs. However, Personal Data included in Prompts is not used to train external third-party AI models.
We do not systematically review user Prompts and are unable to guarantee that submitted content is free of Personal Data. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you submit complies with applicable data protection laws.
We strongly advise users not to submit any sensitive, confidential, or personally identifiable information in Prompts, unless explicitly required for the Services. We may not be able to identify whether Personal Data has been included in submitted content.
We may store Prompts in an anonymous format and use anonymized and aggregated Prompt data internally to enhance and improve the performance and functionality of our Services. This information may also be used to train and refine our internal AI models in the future, in accordance with applicable laws.
Personal Data Collected from Third Parties
We may also collect Personal Data from third parties, including affiliates, subsidiaries, service providers, social media platforms, data brokers, and credit agencies (where permitted by law).
We rely on these third parties to ensure they have the appropriate rights and authority to share such information with us. We do not independently verify the accuracy or legality of the Personal Data we receive from third parties.
We may also receive information about you when you interact with our content on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. The information we receive from these platforms is governed by their respective privacy policies and/or procedures, and we strongly encourage you to review those policies before interacting with them.

We process your Personal Data for the following lawful business and commercial purposes, in accordance with the practices described in this Privacy Policy, and based upon the legal bases outlined below:
We use your Personal Data for a few important reasons. Here’s how and why we use it:
- To provide our Services. We use your information to deliver the Software, Services, and other products you ask us for.

- To create and manage your account. We use your information to register your account and keep it up to date.

- To send important account messages. We use your information to send account confirmations, transaction details, security alerts, and updates about our policies or terms.
- To support and protect our business. We use your information for important internal tasks like maintaining security, detecting fraud, conducting audits, and improving marketing and advertising.

- To follow the law. Sometimes we need to use your information to comply with legal obligations, such as tax laws, fraud prevention, or responding to government requests.
- For other purposes you agree to. If we need to use your information for something else, we’ll explain it when we collect it, or we’ll ask for your permission first.
If we rely solely on your consent to process your Personal Data, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Please note that withdrawing your consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal and may impact your ability to access certain features of the Services.
Legal reasons for using your information:
We use your information because either:
- you gave us permission,
- we need it to deliver the services you requested,
- it’s necessary for our legitimate business interests (like improving our Services or preventing fraud), or
- we are legally required to do so.
DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA
We don’t sell your Personal Data for money.
But under California law, “sharing” also includes showing you targeted ads based on your online activity. That’s why we want to be clear about how we share your information.
If you live in California and want to opt out of us sharing your Personal Data for targeted advertising, you can update your cookie settings to “Limit Data Sharing for Advertising” on our Site or email us at legal@allinekey.com. We’ll respect your choices as the law requires.
We may share your Personal Data with the following groups:
- Parent Companies, Subsidiaries, and Affiliates. We may share your information with our parent company, subsidiaries, and affiliates to help provide and improve the Services.
- Service Providers and Contractors. We work with companies that help us run our business — like hosting providers, marketing services, customer support vendors, and other business support providers. These companies are contractually required to keep your information secure and use it only to help us.
- Payments. We use third-party payment processors to securely process payments made through the Services. When you make a payment, your payment information is provided directly to the applicable payment processor and is governed by their privacy policies. We do not store your full credit card number or CVV code. Our payment processors handle this information in compliance with applicable security standards (such as PCI-DSS). We may receive limited transaction details (such as the last four digits of your card, billing address, or transaction status) for record-keeping, fraud prevention, and customer support purposes.
- Business Partners. Sometimes we partner with other companies to offer you products, services, or promotions. We may also share your Personal Data with business partners with whom we jointly offer products, services, or programs.
- Credit Agencies. If needed, we may share information with credit reporting agencies to verify your identity or credit history, conduct background checks, and provide credit reports.
- Advertising Partners. We may share your Personal Data with third-party advertising and analytics partners, such as Google and Facebook. These partners may use first-party and third-party cookies together to inform, optimize, and serve ads based on your past visits to our Site (commonly known as “interest-based advertising” or “cross-context behavioral advertising” under California law).
To learn how to opt out of personalized advertising and limit data sharing for advertising purposes, please see the “Choices” section below.
- Authorized Representatives. If you’ve authorized someone else to act on your behalf (like a legal representative), we may share your information with them.
- Mergers, Sales, or Other Business Changes. If we sell, merge, reorganize, or transfer part of our company, your information might be shared as part of that process.
- With Your Consent. We may share your data for other purposes pursuant to your consent or at your direction.
- Legal Reasons and Safety. We may share your information if we are legally required to do so — for example, to comply with a subpoena or court order. We may also share your information to enforce our rights, protect our property, prevent fraud, or protect the safety of others.
CHOICES
We believe you should have control over how your Personal Data is used.
Here are the choices you have:
- Ads Based on Your Interests.
We and our advertising partners may show you ads based on your activity across different websites and apps (“interest-based” or “cross-context behavioral advertising”). You can opt out of this type of advertising by visiting:

- Do Not Track (DNT) Signals
Some web browsers let you send a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal to websites you visit.
Currently, there is no consistent industry standard for how to respond to these signals, and we do not respond to them at this time.
For more information about how we use cookies and similar technologies — and how you can manage your preferences — please see our Cookie Policy section below.
COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device when you visit a website. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as web beacons, pixels, and local storage) to enhance your experience, improve our Services, and analyze usage patterns.
Types of cookies we use include:
- Essential Cookies: These cookies are necessary for the Services to function and cannot be switched off in our systems.
- Performance and Analytics Cookies: These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with the Site by collecting information anonymously.
- Advertising Cookies: These cookies are used to make advertising messages more relevant to you. They perform functions like preventing the same ad from continuously reappearing, ensuring ads are properly displayed, and, in some cases, selecting advertisements that are based on your interests.
Your Choices About Cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings and other tools. You can set your browser to refuse all or some browser cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent. However, if you disable or refuse cookies, some parts of the Services may become inaccessible or not function properly.
Third-Party Cookies
Some content or applications on the Services, including advertisements, are served by third parties, including advertisers, ad networks and servers, content providers, and application providers. These third parties may use cookies alone or in conjunction with web beacons or other tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use our Services.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. Please review their privacy policies to understand how they collect and process your Personal Data.
THIRD PARTY LINKS AND WEBSITES
The Services may provide links to certain third-party websites, online services, mobile applications and/or contain advertisements from third parties that are not affiliated with us — and which may link to other websites, services, or applications. Please check the privacy policies and practices of those other third-party websites to learn how they collect, use, store, and share information that you may submit to them or that they collect. We do not make any guarantee regarding those third-party websites, services, or applications, and any data collected by third parties is not covered by this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy only governs information collected on the Site or through the Services.
We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or actions of third-party websites, services, or applications, and we disclaim any liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of them.
Social Networks and Third-Party Platforms
We maintain a presence on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and X (Twitter). If you interact with us through those platforms — such as liking, commenting, or messaging — your information is also subject to that platform’s privacy policy, not just ours.
The Services may allow you to share information with us that you have already provided to a third-party social networking platform. For example, you may be able to create an account on the Services or log in using your Facebook or Google credentials. If you do so, Personal Data you have provided to that third party may be made available to us, subject to the platform’s own privacy policy, terms, and conditions. The information we receive may also depend on your privacy settings on that platform.
We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these social media platforms to understand how they collect, use, and share your data — including any data related to your use of the Services.
We may also include tools in the Services that allow you to publicly post content from the Services to your social media profile. You may choose to share information about your activity on the Services, including details about the content you view.
If you visit the Services while logged into certain social media platforms, those platforms may identify your browser and associate technical information (like your IP address or device ID) with other data they have collected about you. In some cases, when you share activity from the Services, Alline may transmit technical data — such as browser type, device information, or viewed content — to the platform as well.
INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
The Services and data we receive from other sources are hosted in the United States and governed by United States law. Your Personal Data may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of your state, province/territory, or country where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those where you live.
If you are using the Services from outside of the United States and choose to provide your Personal Data to us, you understand that your Personal Data will be transferred and processed in the United States. As a result, this Personal Data may be subject to access requests from governments, courts, law enforcement officials, and national security authorities in the United States according to its laws.
Subject to applicable laws, we will use reasonable efforts to ensure that appropriate protections are in place to safeguard your Personal Data. Where required by law (such as in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom), we may rely on legally approved data transfer mechanisms — such as Standard Contractual Clauses (“SCCs”) approved by the European Commission — or other lawful mechanisms to safeguard your Personal Data when transferred internationally.
By consenting to this Privacy Policy and using the Services or otherwise providing information to us, you consent to the processing, transfer, and storage of your Personal Data in the United States.
